Day 200—19 May 2012 Shoephoria! I saw these sandals during my Mother’s Day adventure with NTS; but, they didn’t have my size. I did extensive in-person and online research during the week, to no avail. The only pair in my size and color is 100 miles away, in a neighboring state (no store-to-store shipping). Finally, I ordered a half size up online. They arrived today, and I’ve already worn them. Happy happy!

Red light—stop!</b>
56 days ago, I lamented that DH was dawdling about installing the Batcave’s TV lamp, which had claimed imminent danger of dying about 3 weeks prior [see: http://bit.ly/OrangeLightDay175]. This afternoon, I came home to the news that the lamp had finally died. We got almost three months additional usage. I guess I’m glad he dawdled (as long as it didn’t give out when <i>I</i> wanted to watch—ha ha). [But wait—there’s <i>even more</i>: The lamp wasn’t actually dead yet—that would have been a solid red light. Our flashing red light meant a problem with the lamp <i>fan</i>.
