Day 179—28 April 2012 Woe are we (or, sick in the Batcave) Those of you who are also my Facebook friends know that NTS and I spent the better part of the day together being sick and pathetic. I accomplished only two things today: I sent birthday greetings, and I took this photo. Oh, and I made a dent in my Tivo backlog.

Around three weeks ago, I stumbled down to the basement in the middle of the night so as to not disturb Tom during a bout of insomnia. When I turned on the Batcave TV, the lamp light was on, and there was a dire message. Within a day or two, we had a new lamp ordered. Since then, it’s been sitting on standby—much to the chagrin of both NTS and myself. It’s the entertainment hub of the household.
