Day 170—19 April 2012 Special delivery You may remember that we weren’t impressed with the first batch of chocolate whoopie pies I made for NOS in January (just over three months ago). Tonight, I tried a different cake recipe, and I made buttercream frosting instead of traditional marshmallow filling. Tom and I shared one (must test), and are hopeful that they’ll pass muster with the whoopie pie connoisseur himself.
