Day 253—11 July 2012 Glad(iola) to see you! We have mixed results growing things at/around our place; so, I have a little celebration for anything that pops up. A few days ago, this beauty (the result of a Band fundraiser bulb) arrived (again). The catty-wompus composition represents my physical state this afternoon (from which I’ve recovered, thank you for asking).

In addition to sorting my pieces last night, I finished the frame, most of the lady of the house, and the maid’s face/hat. Coping mechanisms</b>
My Plan B for pain relief includes taking up yoga, and lots of stress management. Much of today, I watched junky television by myself, started a jigsaw puzzle [of one of the reproductions in our dining room—“The Singing Butler,” by Jack Vettriano], and listened to a Chelsea Handler book on CD.
