New adventures in lemony
My lemon “thing” got me in a tizzy today. I’ve been trying unsuccessfully for days to find time to bake lemon cream whoopie pies. I thought I was good to go this afternoon, when I discovered that both the cake part and the lemon curd cream required a refrigeration step. Ugh! So, after a short period of sulking (and dinner), I made the lemon curd. Tomorrow, I’ll make the cakes, and add the whipped cream to the lemon curd filling. Stay tuned!
