DH wasn’t the only busy bee this weekend. Once the leaf sweeper came through, practically every intersection throughout the neighborhood was more than 50% blocked by leaf mountains. Oy! Good things come in small packages.</b>
One of my favorite new recipes this year is Mexican slow-cooked pork carnitas. After wasting leftover peppers several times, DH discovered this miniscule can, which turns out to hold the exact number of peppers we need for the recipe.
